What if the student I want to add doesn't appear in the list?

A student may be missing from the list for one of two reasons:

1. The student may already been in the course.

2. The student may not be enrolled in the course's parent program(s).

If you do not find either of the two items above to be true, please submit a Support Request and the team will look into it as soon as possible.
